Zia Chat – One Conversation, Every App
Zia Chat brings a conversational AI experience across the Zoho ecosystem.

Zoho has just rolled out Zia Chat. It’s a single AI interface that lets employees search for information and get things done across Zoho apps seamlessly. Gone are the days to switch between menus and dashboards all day.
The concept behind Zia Chat is simple. You’d acknowledge the loss of real time as you hunt for the right screen or the right dropdown before the actual work even starts. The very idea behind Zia Chat is to cut that out.
Simply ask it a question, and it will pull together information from across your apps. The AI interface can also turn that information into a chart or a draft that you can directly use in a presentation. There’s no need for you to piece it together manually from different tabs.
Zia Chat respects all the access permissions you already have set up. This ensures that no information gets accidentally created, changed, or sent out without your review or confirmation. Zoho has also been clear that none of the data it pulls in will be used to train its AI models.

Zoho is expanding beyond general-purpose business applications with solutions designed around specific industry workflows.
Along with Zia Chat, Zoho also launched dedicated software for seven industries. These are retail, financial services, automotive, healthcare, education, restaurants, and real estate. A few of these are worth mentioning depending on what you’re in. There’s a dealer management system for automotive businesses. Zoho has come up with a loan processing platform for financial institutions. The clinical documentation software is meant for healthcare providers. A full restaurant suite is also available, covering orders, tables, kitchen operations, and inventory.
